Ryan Goldstein, Managing Principal
Ryan began his career as the lead Asset Manager for the receivership of one of Lehman Brothers’ largest properties under foreclosure at the time. Following that three-year assignment, Ryan spent four years representing clients ranging from family offices and real estate development firms to multinational institutions in the acquisition, operations, repositioning, and disposition of properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Ryan then spent four years as a real estate investment banker, focused on originating, underwriting, and executing principal transactions and equity and debt placement assignments on acquisitions, ground-up developments and recapitalizations throughout the United States.
Ryan’s roles at Invel Capital include leading the firm’s capital advisory platform as well as deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions, compliance, and investor relations.
Ryan holds a BBA in Real Estate Development from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and an MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Charine Eddings, with more than a decade of experience in property management, has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties with a specialization in conventional class-A communities. Charine’s management assignments have ranged in scale from boutique residential buildings to 1,200-unit projects. Her expertise also extends to student and senior living, affordable housing, and commercial property.
Charine has a proven track record of implementing million-dollar revenue-generating initiatives, and consistently maintaining exceptional occupancy rates and resident satisfaction at her managed properties.
Charine is a Regional Manager at Invel Capital, with primary responsibility for all aspects of property management for her portfolio of properties.

Melissa Nunez has more than 10 years of experience in residential property management and client relations. Melissa’s experience ranges from the simultaneous leasing of 10 properties across three counties to the dedicated leasing and management of a nearly 400-unit multifamily community.
Known for a detail-oriented management approach, she excels in managing day-to-day operations, from resident relations to property maintenance. On the leasing side, Melissa is dedicated to helping prospective residents find their ideal home, offering honest, expert guidance throughout the process.

Jay Marrero, Maintenance Supervisor
Jay Marrero has built a diverse and extensive career in property maintenance over the past 14 years, starting as a live-in superintendent in New York City. Over time, he has expanded his expertise while honing his focus on condominium and luxury rental communities. His unique experience has helped him develop a strong foundation in building systems, problem-solving, and providing high-quality service to both residents and management.
Throughout his career, Jay has become proficient in key areas such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. He holds certifications in these disciplines, including an EPA license, CPO and Fire Safety for Residential Buildings, which allows him to work safely and effectively with a wide range of systems. His technical skills have been essential in troubleshooting and maintaining building infrastructure to ensure critical systems run smoothly for both residents and property owners. In addition to his hands-on work, he has also attained expertise in emergency preparedness, from managing evacuations to preparing for natural disasters like hurricanes, floods and fires.

Adam Szabo, Managing Principal of Invel Capital, has been a prolific owner, operator and investor of commercial and residential real estate in the United States and Europe. Adam has also served as a senior executive of multiple firms in various sectors in the United States.

Steven Heller, Managing Principal
Steven Heller, Managing Principal of Invel Capital, has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance sectors. Steven has closed more than $1 billion of transaction volume over the course of his career.
Steven began his career at RegentAtlantic Capital (RAC), a $5 billion RIA, representing high net worth clients as a financial planning and investment manager. Following his role at RAC, Steven spent one year as a real estate investment banker, during which time Steven leveraged his strong network of capital relationships to originate and execute equity and debt placement assignments on acquisitions, ground-up developments, and recapitalizations throughout the United States, in addition to serving in an underwriting role. Steven then spent the next several years on the acquisitions teams of Sun Equity Partners and most recently as Vice President of Acquisitions at PAG Investments focused on sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of new acquisitions across all asset classes, primarily in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Atoya Thompson, Property Manager
Atoya Thompson is a dedicated real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience in the property management industry. Atoya specializes in managing class-A residential properties and is known for her personalized approach to client services.
Atoya was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where she grew up with a passion to serve the community. Atoya studied Criminal Justice and law at the University at Albany and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Throughout her career, she has also discovered her passion for customer service working in property management, leasing and the service industry for more than a decade.
